Welcome

Our halls are ideal for community events, birthday parties, workshops, and more. We welcome local groups and families looking for an affordable, accessible space in the heart of Ashford.

To be considerate to our neighbours, the halls are available between 08:00 and 23:00 — perfect for children’s parties or daytime community activities. The Large Hall even fits a bouncy castle!

Dimensions: 18m x 9m with a ceiling height of 4m. Remember to leave room for dancing, cake tables, and all the fun!

How to Make an Enquiry

We’ve made the process easy:

• Check the calendar below to see availability.
• Complete the enquiry form with your preferred date.
• If your first choice isn’t available, feel free to offer alternatives.
• We’ll respond within two working days. If the hall is available, you’ll receive a booking form.

Additional Information

• Provisional Bookings: Held for up to 7 days. Email to request.
• Hall Viewings: Thursdays between 15:00–16:00. Other times are limited.
• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event.
• Non-Christian Ceremonies: Unfortunately, our halls are not available for these types of services.
